Job Summary

This position will lead the CJ Bio marketing activity, PR and market analysis in the North America market (USA, Canada) and reports to the Sr. Marketing Strategy and Operation Manager. Success in this position requires strong leadership, analytical, technical, and communication skills to develop and implement strategic plans for CJ products in the North America market.

Responsibilities

• Implement and execute strategic marketing plans for Animal Nutrition products to include channel options, potential account targets, and desired product position; including, but not limited to sales promotion, exhibition, events.
• Implement market analysis, improve and develop tools to analyze market intelligence and present regular market reports to leadership to help them on making decisions.
• Build and develop networks to improve CJ BIO brand awareness in North America.
• Analyze and forecast Animal Nutrition industry trends and customer demands, assist in product planning
• Create and present regular Market Reports to sales departments and Senior Management in North America.
• Build and improve on sales analysis reports to evaluate performance, improve forecasting and predict future demand for sales and operations / supply chain.
• Customer analysis: Customer Segmentation, Distributor performance review
• Monitor customer’s feedback on current products and potential future product/service directions.
• Develop, prepare, and present product/market proposals for present and future industry trend/products through market research and/or survey.
• Coordinate and plan research and survey for new products and industry aligned with company’s future develop plan.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to enhance CJ’s brand image in the industry.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree & 3 years of directly related experience.
• Previous experience in the animal nutrition industry preferred

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
